EmbodyFlow is on a mission to accelerate business as a force for good. Using evidence-based approaches including embodied movement, conscious breath practices, and tools for optimising mental performance and communication, we help the people in your organisation reach their maximum potential.

HOW WE WORK

We deliver well-being and culture change programmes in a format that suits your organisation including workshops, webinars, classes, retreats, ongoing support, consultancy, and coaching. Our four-step approach is:

1. Assessment and tailoring – We will assess the specific needs of your organisation and put together a bespoke programme to meet your goals.

2. Delivering the programme – The core elements of work include:

Embodied movement: giving people access to increased awareness of their embodied experience to both remain physically well and to understand the body’s role in managing stress, emotional regulation and energy levels.

Mind mastery: teaching people how to experientially understand mind and mental process to create optimal states of wellbeing and peak performance.

Conscious breath: utilising the breath to release stress, deepen emotional intelligence and access states of creative flow. 

Relational intelligence: using coaching and communication tools to enable skilful intra- and inter-relationships resulting in high performance teams and an effective organisation.

3. Embedding the change – We ensure the skills and tools we share are integrated into how individuals and teams work day-to-day in your organisation, creating a lasting change in culture.

4. Measuring impact – We will demonstrate the impact of our programmes against your identified goals, organisational Key Performance Indicators, and our own measures.

WHO WE ARE

EmbodyFlow is an organisation led by Yoga master and Breatheology master instructor Christopher Gladwell. Chris has worked in the field of personal transformation for 40 years, teaching and coaching thousands of individuals to turn stress into resilience and experience the sustainable peak performance that can arise through the application of the practices that he shares. One of his key teachings is how we walk the talk.
Chris is now on a mission to bring the benefits of his work into the world of business, to help B-corps and other purpose-led organisations to improve performance, team coherence and be able to respond innovatively to change and challenges in an increasingly volatile and unpredictable world.

James has been successful in a broad range of operational and strategic management roles in both the public and private sector. During his 10 years in the NHS he was responsible for the operational management of a number of hospital and community services – ensuring the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of care in the face of many competing demands. He later took on strategic and transformation roles, facilitating large scale redesign of the health and care system in collaboration with multiple public and private sector partners.

Over the last 7 years James has been developing a depth of yoga, meditation and breathwork practice. Having seen the benefits of this in his own personal and professional life, James is now inspired to bring together his professional skills with his personal practices to support individuals and organisations who are seeking to make positive changes in the world.

Nick is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has worked with a variety of individual clients in the areas of life direction, entrepreneurship and well-being over the past 10 years. He is passionate about helping others to own their strengths, live on purpose and act in integrity with their values.

Nick is also a certified instructor in the Japanese martial art of aikido and draws on his experiences in this and other embodiment practises like tai-chi, dance, and yoga in his work. A lifelong advocate of sustainable business, he is now excited to bring his skills more into this world and serve the greater purpose of helping business transition to a force for good.
